Dubai Pilates Coach Cal was born and raised in Australia, coming from Bondi Beach she studied Pilates through Merrithew/STOTT at Real Pilates Dubai.
She has over 5 years experience in practicing Pilates and 2 years teaching as a Pilates Personal Trainer. Both Mat and Reformer training lead her to learn more about human structure, personal posture alignments and how to exercise to the needs of your body. She enjoys teaching both Mat Power Pilates, Mat Control Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Reformer Jump-board Cardio.
Cal is a certified Pilates Reformer and Mat Pilates Trained, she is able to instruct both men and women of any age group, in your own home in Dubai, gym or a location that is most accessible to you.
