Amina was born in Abu Dhabi and used to run 3-to 5 Kilometres daily with her father as a teenager after morning prayers at 4am.
In 2011, Amina’s her back to health journey started and by 2013, she had dropped down to 69 kilos. Having worked with various trainers they motivated her in 2014 to study to train as a personal trainer in Abu Dhabi herself.
Her long-term aim was to help her family with their fitness, and she wanted to help people who had been through a similar situation and coach them back to health.
As a person who suffered from obesity, Amina wholeheartedly understands what it takes emotionally, mentally and physically to face a personal fitness challenge.
she wants to understand her PT client’s reasons for getting fitter and by understanding (WHY) gives her the (HOW) to work with them to achieve their goals.
Her personal coaching/training style is to challenge, push and support and make it fun so that clients really enjoy the journey and results.
She’s friendly but she’s tough and she like to see people win and she will push hard.
As a female PT she specialises in weight loss, body toning, body definition with body composition and nutrition. She understands nutrition is an important part of weight loss and achieving full fitness.
Amina uses weights for functional training and for muscle strength. Body Toning and Definition is a key element within her skill set. She also has a background in Yoga and uses Yoga movements such as stretching and balance to reduce stress and improve posture.
She will help you find the “triggers” on why people have weight increase. She looks at lifestyle, eating habits, metabolism, BMI, mindset and will advise on food, what to eat and when to eat.
