How does your online training work and what tools do you use
Mainly through the "Zoom" app, as for tools I would recommend resistant band and some light weights only.
Can your online training service be combined with face to face training?
yes of course. Whether the client would to combine both or choose one of the options I'm open for it.

It helps in many ways where as the client is at their comfort zone which scientifically proven that it increases the motivation levels and performance. Its not only safer for both parties (as we currently live in the Covid 19 Pandemic) but also the clients get to have their workout done without having the fear of contact.

Thanks to technology nowadays there are so many apps that can be linked between the trainer and the client and read all their measurements and other ways like using an piece of clothes that doesn't fit and try it again in a couple of weeks from training.

Not always but sometimes it is beneficial to have smaller items of training kit like dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mat etc
