Where can you provide personal training services?

Alla is based in Sharjah with a very good knowledge of the UAE. This allows her to provide training in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm-al-quwain. The training can be provided at your home place, your gym or outside locations. The training can be provided individually, or for group of 3 to 10 people.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

You will complete an assessment form, which is inclusive of questions on your body type, personality, health, energy and fitness level. Also Alla will be interested in your lifestyle, tastes, sleeping timings, mood swings, minor personal information (job, travels, likes and dislikes).

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes, if your training requires a special piece of equipment then the trainer will inform you to get that to achieve your optimum goals.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes, Alla will provide diet plans and nutrition advice based on your body type, or dosha.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. If you would prefer to work out in a group (friends, family or co-workers) discounted rates for your training sessions can be applied. Group training is also a great way to get each other motivated, have some fun in your training sessions and also stay focused.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, absolutely. It is preferred for you to pre-book your sessions to avoid disappointment. Pre-booking also provides you with focus and motivation.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with DiFit Sports all cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours’ notice will be charged for the cancelled session, unless already agreed with DiFit Sports Management.
DiFit understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24-hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if DiFit Sports is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
