Dubai football coach Michel used to be a coach in a prestigious football academy in Dubai, TFA (The Football Academy).
He has helped develop various players from all different positions on the football pitch.
He has trained many players in fun and fast past sessions and helped to not only improve their football skills and endurance but also increased their confidence in their own abilities.
Player ownership is crucial to Michel. He ensures that once he starts coaching the player, the player will have more ownership as he/she develops and will start going through his/her own coaching process in their mind and quickly become a more proficient player.
As well as coaching football for children he also provides football fitness coaching to adults and kids. Football is a great tool for improving cardio health, endurance, stamina and can help with weight loss and weight management too.
Michel inspires creativity amongst his players as he believes everyone is talented in their own way.
Michel’s coaching philosophy consists of specializing in the FA four corner model : Physical, Psychological, Social, Technical.
He believes that each corner must be coached in that same order to aid in developing the player.
Michel is a motivational coach. He inspires his trainees to be the best they can and will provide 1-2-1 and group guidance.
Whether you or your children want to train to become a more confident player or you simply want to use football fitness as a way of improving your general fitness levels he can help.

During your training sessions in Dubai Michel will focus on developing your fitness levels on the pitch as well as your technical game play skills.
Michel will analyze all areas of technical training and then see what part needs the most guidance i.e. shooting, passing, dribbling etc.
Based on the players position on the pitch, Michel will coach and develop all areas that are required to excel in that position.
Even if its just for football as a fitness exercise, the training will be done on a more SAQ (Speed Agility Quickness) basis.
