He has a background in martial arts and boxing but can provide fitness training programs for many different fitness goals.

For Aakash fitness is not a hobby, it’s as way of life and he loves to educate his clients in Sharjah and Ajman on the importance of being fit and healthy.

Aakash can create a customized detailed nutritional and diet plan on extra demand, suited for each and every client according to the likes and dislikes of food habits.

When you train at home in Sharjah with Aakash no equipment is required. 

If your gym allow you to train with a freelance PT in Sharjah or Ajman you can workout there.
