About Me:

Dubai personal trainer Kieran is half Danish and Half English, having lived in Dubai for 16 years. Kieran has an impressive range of personal trainer and general fitness qualification including a Masters degree in Sports and Physical Activity Interventions from the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands, and a Bachelors degree in Psychology (dissertation in sport psychology) from Newcastle, England.

Kieran has practiced martial arts for 12 years and enjoy coaching & personal training martial arts for weight loss- including Thai boxing, kickboxing, boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Gym training has been a passion for more than half his life and he continues to push to improve each day.

Every personal trainer has their own style which can of course be tailored to a clients needs and requirement. Kierans personal training style is goal based so each individual will have unique and specific training and nutrition programs designed for them. Every decision is science based and practically applied to create the quickest and safest results possible. Regular personal trainer equipment I bring includes yoga matt, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxing gloves, Thai boxing pads, flexi-bands, foam roller and mobility tools, and more.

Regular personal training methods I use as a Dubai personal trainer are weight training, circuit training, high intensity interval training HIIT, boxing, kickboxing, mobility practice and stretching.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Your personal trainer sessions can be provided all across Dubai at your convenience. We have more than 15 partner gyms and can also train at your home, apartment gym or outside.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

Yes, each person will first have a consultation to discover your background, during that session the necessary paperwork will be filled out to ensure your physical health. Following that at your first personal training session Kieran will conduct a test to notice any muscular imbalances or mobility issues that need to be improved before partaking in some types of exercise. This ensures your fitness goals and objectives can be met in an injury free way.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Diet and nutrition form part of a balanced and healthier lifestyle. For personal training purposes diet can change based on your training objectives and fitness goals. Kieran has obtained a level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management course certification which enables him to provide professional diet and nutritional guidance which can of course help when it comes to training, exercise and meal planning.

Do I need to provide any special personal training equipment?

No. Kieran will provide the training kit if it is required as part of your personal trainer sessions in Dubai.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Many people prefer to take personal training sessions in Dubai in a group environment. Kieran does provide discounts for each individual when part of a group training class. Use the contact tab in Kierans personal trainer profile for further information.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes you can pre-book your training times or book them when it pleases you. It’s often beneficial to pre-book to ensure your time slots are available.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

You are free to cancel or reschedule, we do however have a 24 cancellation policy to allow for us to fill your cancellation and accommodate other clients.

    I started training with kieran a few months ago. At that time I was not fit and had knee pain. Kieran started personal training sessions at my level and gradually helped me to regain my muscle tone and strength. I knew I was better when I raised my body from low setting position without support or feeling pain from my knee and that made me happy. Kieran has a friendly and nice personality, he motivates me to endure more training each time and I am very satisfied with the results I reached and I strongly recommend him as an excellent PT.

    Kieran has been helping me get back into shape after the birth of my second child and I am very pleased with the results.     I have been training with Kieran since Jan 2015, and in such a short span (~3 months) I have already dropped two dress sizes, lost 8kg of body fat, and gained 2.3kg of muscle!     I have been training with Kieran for strength and muscle gain since October 2014. Kieran is a wonderful trainer who understands your requirements and schedules a workout regime that is both fun-filled and productive. Over such a short span of 4 months or so, I am pleased to have gained weight of around 5 kgs and improved my strength considerably. I completely credit this to Kieran as he has been very helpful and supportive throughout. He also motivates me to eat the right kind of food and more importantly asks me to EAT MORE!! :) I definitely have an improved appetite since training with Revolution Fitness and Kieran, in particular.     I had been a gym member for many years on and off and hardly used it. Then my dietician strongly advised me to get a trainer to motivate me. Although I had been worried that the trainer would get me doing things that would injure me, I went ahead and began in February with Kieran. He carefully listened to all my injuries and shortcomings and I emphasized that I did not want to get injured as my work as a chiropractor means I need to be physically fit in order to get my patients well. I have hardly missed a personal training session since starting. From accurate measurements I have lost 7.5 kilos of fat and increased muscles by 1.5 kilos. I have dropped almost 2 dress sizes as all the weight has come off my waist area. In this same period I have followed the diet from Rashi Chowdhary eating sensibly and never being hungry. It certainly has been money well spent, so I sincerely recommend that if you want to be fitter and leaner the easiest way is to use a Duabi personal trainer, and mine has made it fun and interesting at the same time.

    Training with Kieran has been an absolute pleasure! I would (and have) highly recommended him to others! He’s professional, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He has provided me with the perfect environment to achieve my weight loss goals (I’ve lost 10kg woohoo!)- safely and comfortably. His wide range of skills has made it very easy for me, as he plans all my exercise and nutrition regimes and helps me stick to them- pushing me just the right amount.     I have been training for the last 3 years on off, the first 2 times I tried personal trainers when I was in Abu Dhabi and I gave up easily; because I was working really hard by both exercising and following a healthy diet but didn’t see any changes which put me down so I gained even more weight than when I first started. Then I moved to Dubai and had the chance to train with personal trainer Kieran from Revolution Fitness, my main goal was to lose some weight, to be healthier and fitter as sitting all day and driving from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was very difficult and really damaged my back. I was shocked when my friends asked me if I am working out only ONE month after I started my sessions with Kieran, it gave me a very big positive push and I honestly enjoyed the indoor, outdoor workouts, the healthy food plan and the exercise plan that he made for me to work on when we are not training together. I paused due to my wedding and now I am more than happy to be back, aiming to make exercising a part of my life not just a phase; as having these sessions as a part of my routine is such an amazing rhythm and it gives me great energy to start my day with. Kieran has been an amazing trainer with a great personality, great communication skills, motivator, sharing his knowledge about different information about the human body, what each exercise actually does, which muscle we are working on, fixing my posture and so many other exciting things that I have never knew before.
