His approach to personal fitness coaching is different, he’s not one of those screaming, ranting and raving, “give me one more rep!” over the top, in-your-face type of trainers. Not that there is anything wrong with that, it’s just not his style.

LJ sessions can be fun and he’s a very easy-going coach but make no mistake about it, he will be working you very hard and expecting a lot from you, but, training sessions are done at your pace on the given day and ideally with both of you having a big smile on our faces.
Your training will be hard but it should also be fun!
LJ specialises in sensible fitness basics and extremely effective exercises that can be done at home or in the great outdoors with little or no equipment.
His training philosophy is built on:
1) High intensity resistance training.
2) A mixture of endurance cardio and high intensity intervals.
3) Proprioception work (balance).
4) Plyometric work (explosive strength).
5) Functional flexibility and restoring lost mobility.
6) Lots and lots of core focused exercises (all movement starts from the core!).
7) Variety, variety, variety and more variety! The spice of life!
8) My belief that anyone can reach their strength, fitness and weight-loss goals by sticking to my basics, working hard and above all working smart!
As part of his personal training service LJ provides excellent nutrition support and advice. He likes to have a chat with his clients about their diet at least once a week (every session when the client is new) to see where they are going wrong or what we need to add.
It’s usually the same suspects (too many carbs, too little calories, improper hydration etc.). If there is one thing that has never worked with any of his clients over all these years it is the dreaded meal-plan approach.
People have a problem sticking with a meal plan so LJ prefers to give his clients useful lifestyle eating habits that actually helps them create successful eating patterns for the times when life isn’t perfect. This way you can make the best food choices in all circumstances.

You can train at your home in Abu Dhabi, your building gym and even outdoors. If you want to train in your gym and they allow access to external PT's this should not be a problem.
