Nabiha is from Morocco, now working as a professional freelance personal trainer in Abu Dhabi for ladies and teen fitness. 

Qualified as a PT and group fitness coach, she has more than 10 years experience in creating successful training programs and group workouts for ladies who want to improve their life through healthy eating and physical fitness. 

Nabiha is an expert in many different training methods including exercise and diet for weight loss, cardio fitness and body toning using circuit training, crossfit, aerobics and more. 

Her PT programs are created on a 1-2-1 basis, she focuses on your needs and your goals and provides a thorough evaluation for all her female clients. 

On-going monitoring of your results in the form of body measurements, diet and nutrition guidance, weight and more help you to see first hand how well you are doing on your road to an improved you.

Yes, as part of your PT program diet and nutrition advice can be included. 

If you train at home in Abu Dhabi with Nabiha she can provide training equipment. 

If your gym allows you to train with a freelance PT you can train there. Or, there are other locations including your home, your building gym and possibly outdoors. 

The UAE Personal Trainers website is not a booking platform. Bookings for personal training services are made directly with the trainer and each trainer has their own policies. Before entering into a contract with a personal trainer you should check their booking, payment, cancellation and refund  policy.
