Motivation:

The idea behind The Level Up Academy in Dubai is to give confidence to the next generation of adults on how and why it’s important to train and exercise properly. At some point in our lives we will all step foot in a gym and as adults it can be an extremely intimidating environment especially when we don’t no what we are doing. The aim of the Level Up Academy is to change this for the next generation. 

 

What we Love:

We love to see how participants in the program build confidence and get stronger every week. Especially shy children or teens who have low confidence who maybe don’t enjoy sports at school and suddenly their entire perception of exercises changes.

How Can Henry Help You?

The first step in getting started is to contact Dubai PT Henry. He will be the point of contact who will arrange a consultation to determine if your child would benefit from the training/fitness program and assess their specific needs. Once this initial consultation is complete, we can proceed to book your child for a trial class.

Following the trial class, you will have the option to choose between two monthly subscription plans: 2 classes per week or 3 classes per week. Both subscriptions offer flexibility as they can be cancelled at any time.

  • Bite-sized Education (10 minutes): During this segment, your child will receive valuable information and education related to fitness and training. This brief session aims to provide them with essential knowledge that will support their overall development.
  • Mobility, Stretches, and Muscle Activation (10 minutes): Next, your child will engage in mobility exercises, stretches, and muscle activation techniques. This portion of the session focuses on preparing their body for the upcoming strength training exercises by improving flexibility, range of motion, and activating key muscles.
  • Strength Class (40 minutes): The main part of the session is dedicated to a comprehensive strength training class. Here, your child will actively participate in various exercises designed to enhance their strength and overall physical fitness. They will have the opportunity to track their progress by recording weights and repetitions during each session.

 

By following this structured format, we aim to provide your child with a well-rounded training experience that addresses their individual needs and helps them achieve their fitness goals.

Following many years of corporate life and heavy travel, I had stopped paying attention to my physical well being – general fitness, diet etc. I was not confident, or indeed comfortable with how I physically felt.
