Tomas is a big believer that resistance training can help people of all abilities and ages. There are no limits and he has first hand experience with all abilities. With this said safety is most important, you will never see me put someone that’s never been to a gym before straight into a squat, we will working on perfecting the basic movements, through experience Tomas has learned that this is the best way to avoid injury.
Tomas designs each personal training program depending on how many times a week the client wants to go to the gym as some clients like to have a couple of sessions with the PT and also do some extra work down the gym during the week.

We hear it everyday, "nutrition is 80% of the journey", this is true, but it doesn't mean you can't enjoy the food you like. Through an educational journey with Tomas he will provide you with the tools and knowledge to work around calories to enjoy your favourite foods.
When you train at home in RAK or Ajman Tomas can provide the training equipment needed for the PT session.
If your gym in Ras Al Khaimah or Ajman allows you to train with a freelance personal trainer you can take your sessions there. Otherwise at home coaching, online or even outdoor training can be provided.
