About RAK Coach Will

RAK PT Will took his first steps into a gym at the age of 15 and he has been training and learning ever since.

His training regime has varied from strength training, classic bodybuilding to crossfit style training throughout his life.

Will can provide many different training options for his clients in Ras Al Khaimah depending on their fitness goals. This includes weight loss and weight management training, bodybuilding for physique improvement, nutrition guidance for healthy eating and much more.

As a natural lifter Will has always been interested in what his own limits are and how to break past them. He strives to keep himself in the best shape possible which can always have its challenges. But keeping that consistency and dedication is key to reaching your targets.

Will’s no stranger to hard work as most of his younger years were spent on construction sites for 8-9 hours a day only to finish and find himself training for another 2 hours.

Will spent 5 years at drama school and performing on stage which led him to learning a new style of training in physical theater and stage combat. In his late 20’s Will decided to turn his love and hobby into his career so he could help others.

In his professional life his personal training service has taken him to Wales, London and now the UAE.

RAK coach Will understands that not everyone wants to be on stage or to be a professional, but that doesn’t mean they don’t want to change. He has had the pleasure of training people who have been training all their life to people who have never stepped into a gym. He’s fully accustomed to training beginners to long-time lifters.

Will has taught clients how to achieve their first pull up and go on to do 10, how to get past their ‘personal best’ on a lift and even how to properly ‘correctively stretch’ to combat pain.

From weight loss, weight gain or just a body recomposition he can help his clients achieve their goals. He will strive to make sure their goals are achieved and that they become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.

No goal has ever been too much for Will and his clients. Both always put in the work each and every session for optimum results from day 1.

As a professional personal trainer, coach Will supplies the tools and knowledge and his clients bring dedication and hard work.

He will show you how to break past your barriers and push you beyond your limits of what you think is possible, helping you create a more positive mind-set towards exercise and fitness.

Everyone is unique and has different goals, and no one program is suitable for everyone. This is why he takes the time needed to provide a suitable and professional program for each of his clients.
