About Shihab:

I started Personal Training since 2008 and have worked with many international brands in the fitness industry. As a Sharjah personal trainer I am an expert in designing and implementing dietary programs based on invidiual client’s requirements. My strength lies in understanding the client needs and goals and making a tailor-made work out programs to ensure weight loss, muscular gain, core strengthening and rehabilitation. I am also a Pilates teacher/personal trainer and an expert in posture correction. I believe in working closely with clients to develop personalised health and fitness plans to ensure each client’s fitness goals are achieved. I have trained people like actors, athletes and people with different medical conditions. My experiences have motivated me to become a mentor to those who are serious about achieving their fitness goals.

My biggest achievement to date has been the transformation of a client from a 140kg to 80 kg weight in 12 months of dedicated fitness workout and diet tracking. I am here to serve you, guide you and make a huge impact on your fitness quotient.

As a personal trainer in Sharjah I strive to achieve 100% client satisfaction and can ensure all of my personal training clients meet their personal fitness goals. I provide a fun and friendly personal trainer style with the main objective being you getting the results you require. Every client is different which means my personal training style differs on a per client basis. Some clients prefer a firm approach with emphasis on training motivation while others are suited to a training style which includes more encouragement and goal settings. My unique training approach and attention to detail is the foundation of my Sharjah personal training.

My personal training methods, key areas of knowledge and training kit include Gym Based Boxing, Circuits, Kettlebells, Sports Nutrition, Pilates and Core Strengthening, Sports Rehabilitation, Endurance Training, Sports Based Agility and Flexibility Training.

My personal training equipment includes TRX, resistance bands, kettlebells, slam balls, strength bags, skipping rope, wobble board, agility ladder and boxing gloves & pads. And also includes circuits and functional training for cardio exercise and endurance. My training plans are created on a personal 1-2-1 basis because every client has different exercise and fitness requirements.

Where can you provide personal training services?

As a mobile personal trainer in Sharjah I am able to provide your training and workout sessions at a location which is convenient to you. This could be your home, your building gym, your gym or even outdoors.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

A fitness assessment is a great way to evaluate your current fitness level. A fitness evaluation is performed for each new client which will help to find out more about you, your lifestyle, your current fitness level and of course your previous training/exercise experience.

With this information can help me to prepare a plan which is designed to help you achieve your goals in a safe training and timely way. A combination of exercise and fitness kit method will be used. Eg; BCA (Body Composition Analyzer), Fitness Test Including; Muscle Strength Test, Cardio Vascular Test, Muscle Endurance Test, Core Strength Test, Flexibility Test, Pulse Recovery Test and BP Test.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes. You do not need any special exercise equipment or kit. If your workout plans require a specific piece of exercise equipment it will be provided by Shihab on the day of the personal training session.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes. Diet and nutrition does perform a major role in a healthy lifestyle and any fitness regime. Shihab is a sports nutrition expert and can offer advice and support for healthy eating plans based on your needs and fitness regimes.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes. Group training discounts can be provided. Contact Shihab for further information.

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, absolutely. It is preferred for you to pre-book your Sharjah personal trainer sessions to avoid disappointment. Pre-booking also provides you with focus and motivation.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellations should be provided at least 24 hours before the training session. If you do not cancel within the 24 hour period you may be charged for the full sessions. To cancel your personal training session in Sharjah you should contact Shihab direct.

    Shihab is an excellent personal trainer who can identify the core issues and personalise the training programme accordingly. I am having medical conditions, especially posture issues, and after a month of workout, I can feel that I have corrected the posture significantly. He is also excellent in identifying the right nutrition plan as per the personal preferences. His suggestion and techniques have made me improve my health conditions and fitness level to a great extent. Many thanks to him, and I wish him a good luck for his future.

    I work out for past several years, but I couldn't see the result as of now even in the short period. From the moment I met Sihab, I knew he was a person that could help me achieve my goals and also the one that would help change my fitness level as well as to change my body types. I started personal trainer sessions with Shibah on February 20. During the last 2 months, I have been challenged and pushed by Sihab, and he has taught me a great deal. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals.

    Shihab is a phenomenal trainer right from the first day we met till today he's been a great fitness mentor to me. He helped me lose about 90lbs in 2 years though hard work at the gym and a great diet plan that kept changing so I wouldn't get bored. Even now 2 years on he helps me even if it's a quick diet plan or a workout regimen making sure I'm still staying healthy. He is able to quickly impress his love for fitness and health upon his clients which I think is the most important and only solution to achieving health!
