Shihab is a health and fitness coach in Sharjah (and Ajman) and co-founder of Difit Lifestyle. He believes fitness is a not a destination but a way of life.

Shihab is a highly qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor based in Sharjah and offers expert personal training services throughout Dubai and Sharjah.

He has worked with many of the international brands in the fitness industry and has trained actors, athletes and people with different medical conditions.

As a personal fitness coach Shihab is an expert in designing and implementing dietary programs based on each client’s individual requirements.

Shihab’s strength lies in understanding his clients needs and formulating tailor made training, exercise and workout programs for his UAE clients.

As a Sharjah personal trainer he is an expert in designing and implementing dietary programs based on individual client’s requirements.

His strength lies in understanding the client needs and goals and making a tailor-made work out programs to ensure weight loss, muscular gain, core strengthening and rehabilitation.

Shihab is also a Pilates teacher/personal trainer and an expert in posture correction.
