Mohammed can also provide personal training for clients in Umm Al Quwain and Ajman – at home or in your gym.

When you train at home in Sharjah Mohammed will provide the kit for the training session. 

If your gym in Sharjah allows you to workout with a freelance PT Mohammed can train your there. Otherwise there are other locations you can use. 

The UAE Personal Trainers website is not a booking platform. Bookings for personal training services are made directly with the trainer and each trainer has their own policies. Itworks on Zoom. For tools depends on your fitness level however mat is enough in 90% of my clients

For beginner mat is enough other levels dumbbells, step, band and weight plates
Do you provide any discounts or special packages for online personal training or is this the same fee as your face to face training.
No it’s not the same. Per session of online training is 50 dirhams
