Mohammed is a fully certified UAE Reps personal trainer and also a Canadian registered PT. He can train clients in Sharjah with very different goals and fitness objectives. 

With a degree in physical therapy he knows how the human body works and why sometimes we have problems with fitness. Using his training, skills and experience he can create customised workout plans for many different needs including weight management, injury prevention, injury recovery, muscle building and body toning and much more.

He is a highly motivated coach who will guide you with different workout methods designed to provide the results you need.

When you train at home in Sharjah Mohammed will provide the kit for the training session. 

If your gym in Sharjah allows you to workout with a freelance PT Mohammed can train your there. Otherwise there are other locations you can use.
