The Athlete call happened at the age of four for Dr Amrutha. Her roots are strong in the fields of Karate, Martial Arts, Kalaripayattu and Kung Fu.

After mastering martial arts she moved on to learning and teaching power lifting, general fitness and bodybuilding for men and women.

She has a strong passion for fitness and can help with many different health and fitness goals.

Where can you provide personal training services?

Dr Amrutha can provide personal and group fitness training services in Sharjah and Ajman. The training can be provided at your home, your gym or outside locations.

If there is a situation of you not having a place to workout then kindly inform Dr Amrutha as she can find a solution.

Do you provide a fitness evalutation before I start?

You will complete an assessment form, which is inclusive of questionnaire on your body type, personality, health, medical condition, energy and fitness level.

Dr Amrutha will then prepare your training and nutritional programs based on the initial fitness assessment and your goals.

DiFit Lifestyle coaches provides a standard assessment procedure and progress tracking which inclusive your body composition, circumference, physical fitness test, posture and flexibility tests.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Yes, if your training required a special piece of equipment then the trainer will inform you to get that to achieve your optimum goals.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes, Diet and Nutrition is an important key to achieve any fitness goals. Dr Amrutha will provide diet and nutritional programs on the based on your requirements, food and lifestyle choices.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Can I pre-book weekly personal training times?

Yes, absolutely. It is preferred for you to pre-book your sessions to avoid disappointment. Pre-booking also provides you with focus and motivation.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with DiFit Lifestyle LLC all cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 24 hours’ notice will be charged for the canceled session, unless already agreed with DiFit Lifestyle Management.
DiFit understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24-hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if DiFit Lifestyle is notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
