Natasha is an all-round fitness expert and Yoga teacher in Abu Dhabi who has achieved a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Level 2 Gym Instructor. 

Natasha started her fitness journey when her weight become over 75 kg, so she decided to change her life style totally. She changed her daily activity, diet plan, sleep .. everything.. etc. During this time she started searching, trying new health and fitness methods and activities, reading books about human body, weight loss and sports.

Very soon her hobby become her profession and now she has worked as Fitness Trainer for over 5 years, the last 2 of which have been in Abu Dhabi.

One more her main passions is yoga, Natasha has been practice Yoga for 5 years, learning from different teachers and then finally becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2020. Natasha gets to know, each person individually as we are all different and every person has a different mood in different times of the day. Natasha is always trying to find the best way how to reach their goals regarding to their psych and mentally.

Natasha is a “your body can, don’t let your mind stop you” type of trainer. She will design your plan to overcome your fears and limits, always from the knowledge and proper techniques to avoid the risk of injuries, to get the most out of your training.

She has knowledge of functional training, hiit, cross training, among other fitness methodologies, that will make your training different every day, intense and fun at the same time. As part of your PT package Natasha can help you with your diet and give you advice to lead a healthy life.

Natasha is great designing a workout program tailored to your needs, concentrating on weight training or bodyweight exercises only or a combination of weight training and bodyweight exercises.

Her specialism is private training or small groups as she likes to focus on each person’s specific needs strengths and can help with weight loss, functional training, nutrition, rehabilitation, hatha yoga, fitness yoga, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.

If you have suffered from illness or injury Natasha can also help with great rehabilitation programs that can include Yoga and low impact exercise methods designed to get you back to health quickly and safely.

When you train at home in Abu Dhabi no special equipment is required. You can also train at an approved Advantage Sports facility where they have an impressive and up to day range of training equipment. 

You can train with Natasha in the comfort of your own home, your building gym, outdoors or at an Advantage Sports Fitness Facility in Abu Dhabi.

What commitment do I need to make?

Packages of 3, 6, 9 or 12 sessions are offered making it affordable and cost effective. To get the best out of online PT 3 sessions per week is recommended.


Where does the coaching take place?

Sessions are streamed live to you wherever you are via one of many streaming options including Zoom, Squad, BlueJeans or Microsoft Teams whichever is easier for you. All you need is a smart phone, tablet or laptop.

What if I want to put my program on hold?

If your situation changes or you find your yourself short of time, Natasha can adjust the program to suit you.

Packages of 12 session are valid for 90 days, 9 sessions are valid for 60 days, 6 sessions are valid for 30 days and 3 sessions are valid for 15 days.

So, you will have more than enough time to complete your sessions.
