Training with Monika has been life changing for me because she has been a great motivator/trainer/support to push me through during all my work outs. She has helped me increase my fitness levels in and now I have a wave of excitement before every personal trainer session because she always surprises you by the plan of work out for the day. What makes her a great personal trainer also is that she listens to your body more than you do yourself and this enables her to cater to what your fitness level is and patiently helps you reach your goals.
