I have been training with Isobel for about 2 months now, initially starting with a 12 block session. Isobel has been amazing and very professional. She puts in a lot of effort on getting the techniques right, always motivates and pushes you and regularly varies the exercise types so the body does not get into the comfort zone. I am continuing to benefit a lot from the personalized training and also the nutritional advice. It is reflected in the results. Couldn’t have achieved these levels without her push and guidance.
