I always wanted to get into the routine of working out but I dreaded going to the gym. I wanted to lose weight and tone up but did not know where or how to start. I used to spend so much time on the treadmill or the elliptical but to burn so little calories that I would gain right back by the first snack I consume. It was a struggle for me for a long time till I met Jonny Parr, I took one to one PT classes with him and also attended his Bootcamp classes. He took my measurement and weight prior to starting and after 2 and half weeks, I’ve lost almost 7 lbs and my overall strength and fitness has improved so much in a short period of time. I also learned to perform the right technique of many exercises that I wouldn’t have attempted on my own. I felt better about myself, became more energetic, gained more definition and most importantly, I enjoyed and longed to attend the class each day.
