I initially met Jonny at a group boot camp class when he worked  in Doha. Having trialled the sessions I was keen to do more. I started up personal training sessions with Jonny and continued to have these for over three years. I loved the variety to his sessions, it kept me on my toes and I did not get bored! There was a good mix of cardio and weights and during the cooler months we did activities outside which I thoroughly enjoyed. He was very encouraging and ensured I worked hard! Most importantly during my time with Jonny, I lost a high percentage of body fat and started to feel confident in myself again. At the beginning, my eating was all over the place which was another reason I was never seeing results but he gave me great nutritional advice and helped me with a food plan which completely changed my attitude towards food. I would recommend Jonny to anyone who is keen to change their habits and wants to get fit and healthy.
