Success Story – Training With Shane





When my client first started, he was weak in the legs and unable to fully get down for his lunges, now he is capable of completing the lunge with full range of motion by getting his knee fully down to the ground. Over the weeks we have been working on increasing the strength in for his legs and this is a great way to show how he has come along leaps and bounds. The strength will only continue as we will next look to progress and increase the intensity of the workouts.
