This really depends on what your PT or fitness coach feels would benefit you most during your boxing personal training sessions.
However, I like to use boxing bags, gloves, mits and kick pads.
These provide a great cardio workout at the same time as providing muscle toning benefits.
Speed, agility and stamina are also included in varying combinations.
All of the tools used in boxing for fitness sessions are designed to work on different parts of the body – sometimes the core, sometimes the upper body and sometimes the legs.
Overall though, you will benefit from a complete body workout either at your gym in Dubai or at home.
