    Chia Pudding

    Chia seeds have massive amount of nutrients with few calories. They are a great source of healthy Omega3s, fiber and antioxidants. Soak your chia seeds in almond milk for 30-60 minutes, stir in cinnamon and blueberries, and you will have an amazing breakfast that will keep you full and fueled!

    Smoothies

    We are all familiar with the power of a good liquid meal. Bananas blended with almond/coconut milk, your fruit of choice, spinach or kale will make for an excellent breakfast or a mid-day snack.

    Veggie and oil-free lentil dip

    Baked sweet potatoes, carrots, celery sticks, cucumbers and capsicum combined with a lentil dip are a winning combination for a well-rounded, fiber rich and protein packed lunch. Quick and convenient, this on-the-go meal is guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.

    Creamy vegetable soup

    This cold weather favorite is nutrient dense and full of flavor. Just boil your favorite root vegetables with some garlic, onion and spices and throw everything into a blender – some of the most delicious recipes include pumpkin, carrot and cauliflower, broccoli and spinach, or mushroom cappuccino soup. Great comfort dish!

    Big and green quinoa salad

    Eat up on your fresh greens – chop some lettuce, kale and baby spinach, throw in some cucumbers and tomatoes and add some cooked quinoa for a more satisfying dish. With just a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil you will have a bowl of deliciousness guaranteed to fill you up.

    Avocado wrap

    Having lunch on the go? Add avocados to your wrap of choice! This delicious source of healthy fat will make your wraps and sandwiches more satisfying.

    Grilled salmon and asparagus dish

    Wild-caught salmon is a great example of protein combined with healthy fats. Grill it without adding oil and throw in some asparagus to add some crunch.

    Fruit bowl

    Want to feel fuller longer? Make your meals water rich! Some great choices include watermelon, pineapple, berries, apples, kiwis and grapefruit. Eat them individually and cut and mix into a colorful, healthy fruit bowl.
