Tanvi is an ardent believer that exercise and proper nutrition is fundamental to improve the quality of life & maintain optimum health.
Coming from a background working with Media Communications for a period of time she was always more fascinated by the science of human body & power to transform body & mind.
She has since then focused passionately and mastered the four pillars of wellness ‘Mindset, Movement, Habits & Fuel’ through extensive training & applied the math on herself to experiment a change before smearing it on her clients and to all that would listen. Weight loss, strength training, cardio fitness and increased physical fitness are all areas that Tanvi can help with.
Earlier to her full time career as personal trainer she voluntarily helped as time permitted and supported many bring a change & transform their bodies to meet their goals especially with the weight loss.
In 2019 she added Olympic weightlifting training from Kuwait to her list of qualifications. As Tanvi is also a professional Yoga instructor, in her class she loves to combine creative sequencing, with great focus on the breathing connection, movement, meditation and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
She makes sure you are all involved physically as well mentally & step off the mat refreshed, nourished and balanced in a supportive environment.
