Tanvi is a qualified personal trainer with wide and varied background in health and fitness. She is a Olympic Weightlifting instructor and also 500 hours certified Yoga Instructor by Yoga Alliance USA based in U.A.E.

She assist clients of all fitness levels ranging from athletes to total beginners looking to move towards a less sedentary lifestyle and get active again.

She offers private and individual 1-2-1 training, group classes and can work with male and female clients, seniors and children. She designs her training programs so that they are individual, progressive and challenging.

Tanvi enjoys client interaction and loves to impart her knowledge and life experiences for the benefit of her clients in Abu Dhabi.

Olympic weightlifting, yoga and strength training with so much experience in the fitness industry she can work with all levels of clients from those with little or no training and exercise experience to those who feel they need extra help to reach a specific personal fitness goal.

Tanvi is an ardent believer that exercise and proper nutrition is fundamental to improve the quality of life & maintain optimum health.

Coming from a background working with Media Communications for a period of time she was always more fascinated by the science of human body & power to transform body & mind.

She has since then focused passionately and mastered the four pillars of wellness ‘Mindset, Movement, Habits & Fuel’ through extensive training & applied the math on herself to experiment a change before smearing it on her clients and to all that would listen. Weight loss, strength training, cardio fitness and increased physical fitness are all areas that Tanvi can help with.

Earlier to her full time career as personal trainer she voluntarily helped as time permitted and supported many bring a change & transform their bodies to meet their goals especially with the weight loss.

In 2019 she added Olympic weightlifting training from Kuwait to her list of qualifications. As Tanvi is also a professional Yoga instructor, in her class she loves to combine creative sequencing, with great focus on the breathing connection, movement, meditation and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.

She makes sure you are all involved physically as well mentally & step off the mat refreshed, nourished and balanced in a supportive environment.

Where can you provide personal training services?

The training can be provided at your Home, Your Gym, You Building gym, Your office , Outdoor location. It may be your backyard, garage or maybe a local park. Wherever is convenient for you works for us.

Do you provide a fitness evaluation before I start?

YAbsolutely yes! Before getting started we will have to do an initial consultation and assessment to understand your goals and learn more about your lifestyle. During this free assessment, She will do a thorough evaluation of your medical history, fitness levels and postural assessment. After taking these factors into account, Tanvi will develop a personalized plan and set a realistic time-frame to help you achieve your goals.

Do you bring the exercise equipment to the PT sessions?

Tanvi will attend each personal training session with the required equipment. You don’t need to provide any additional training gear yourself. The kit that you will use depends on the program which has been professionally prepared for your personal training sessions. Remember, we bring the workout to you and that includes gym equipment. If you have your own gym equipment, we can develop fitness programs for you that are convenient, customized, and creative.

Do you provide nutritional and diet information?

Yes, certainly. She will design an individualized nutrition plan for you which is an important part of your journey to self-transformation.

Do you provide discounts for group training?

Yes, if you would prefer to work out in a group (friends, family or co-workers) discounted rates for your training sessions can be applied.

What if I need to cancel a personal training session?

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, so we can reallocate your session. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee.
