She assist clients of all fitness levels ranging from athletes to total beginners looking to move towards a less sedentary lifestyle and get active again.
She offers private and individual 1-2-1 training, group classes and can work with male and female clients, seniors and children. She designs her training programs so that they are individual, progressive and challenging.
Tanvi enjoys client interaction and loves to impart her knowledge and life experiences for the benefit of her clients in Abu Dhabi.

Tanvi is an ardent believer that exercise and proper nutrition is fundamental to improve the quality of life & maintain optimum health.
Coming from a background working with Media Communications for a period of time she was always more fascinated by the science of human body & power to transform body & mind.
She has since then focused passionately and mastered the four pillars of wellness ‘Mindset, Movement, Habits & Fuel’ through extensive training & applied the math on herself to experiment a change before smearing it on her clients and to all that would listen. Weight loss, strength training, cardio fitness and increased physical fitness are all areas that Tanvi can help with.
Earlier to her full time career as personal trainer she voluntarily helped as time permitted and supported many bring a change & transform their bodies to meet their goals especially with the weight loss.
In 2019 she added Olympic weightlifting training from Kuwait to her list of qualifications. As Tanvi is also a professional Yoga instructor, in her class she loves to combine creative sequencing, with great focus on the breathing connection, movement, meditation and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
She makes sure you are all involved physically as well mentally & step off the mat refreshed, nourished and balanced in a supportive environment.

Tanvi will attend each personal training session with the required equipment. You don’t need to provide any additional training gear yourself. The kit that you will use depends on the program which has been professionally prepared for your personal training sessions. Remember, we bring the workout to you and that includes gym equipment. If you have your own gym equipment, we can develop fitness programs for you that are convenient, customized, and creative.
If allowed by your gym you can train there with Tanvi. Alternatively, training at the Vogue Fitness Facility is an option as is training at home in Abu Dhabi.
